Once there lived a wealthy miser man who is blessed with so many businesses. His major income comes from an oil refinery. Though he got good name and revenue through it, he decided to add some duplicate oil to increase the quantity. Slowly the quality of the oil came down and so many started suffering through it.
One day king heard about this and called the wealthy miser man to his court. He asked for the explanation and finally decided to punish him. King gave the option to select one among three punishments. First one is to drink one liter of his own prepared oil. The second one is to bear 100 whip shots. The third one is to pay 10,000 rupees. Even though he is a wealthy man but being miser he said NO to the third option.
He selected the first punishment. He drank 50ml of oil and told that he can’t drink it. So he opted for the second punishment. He bear 5 whips on his back and can’t able to bear the pain. At last he paid the amount and went back to his home.
MORAL: He is a wealthy man but a miser, which resulted to get punished thrice instead of once.
