Hard work – A key to Success

Hard Work! The word which is very famous and inspiring. A key word in the process of Success. Let’s get inspired by one of the famous cricketers who came from very poor family and also with an abnormal body.

He was born to very poor parents who worked hard day and night just to feed their three children. His parents give their very best to make these three educated. But due to financial problems, they couldn’t. As his studies were stopped, he was very disappointed. But this boy had a desire to do something extraordinary for himself, for his parents and to his country.

Being a Pakistani boy, cricket is his favorite game. But due to his abnormal body he was unable to play any type of sports and games. He had joints problem. If he runs then there is a definite chance of getting paralysis. He always suffered from a cough & cold which turned into damage of his lungs.

One day while he was watching cricket, he got so inspired that he took a cricket bat and went to streets to play along with his friends. In spite of his physical problems, he decided that cricket is his life. He started running and everyone started watching him with their open mouths. That’s the beginning of this great legend. He started running at that age and never stopped until he reached his goal.

This boy joined in a Cricket club and started practicing Cricket. He is such a hard worker who tries to bowl every ball in a decent length with great speed. His hard work in cricket club made him get a sponsorship from an oil company. He tried extremely hard and got selected in Rawalpindi Cricket Association which is his hometown.

He is getting close to his dream ie., to play for his country. He continued working hard and nothing stopping him from getting best performances in every match. Luckily, Pakistan Cricket Board members watched one of his match in which he bowled really well. They got impressed by his talent and picked him for the national team. It was like a dream comes true.

He played his first match against New Zealand and picked 10 wickets. The ball came out from his hands as if a bullet was coming out of the gun. He impressed everyone that even the New Zealand Coach said that this guy will be the future star for Pace attack.

He is none other than SHOAIB AKHTAR.

Hard work and determination are the keys to success. Without these two elements, one cannot simply get success in his/her life.
