Greedy Landlord

Once there lived a greedy landlord. He appoints a poor farmer to look after his 40 acres of mango crop. In return, he told that he will be giving 4 acres of mango crop land. The farmer worked sincerely for 4 years and the crop yielded the best result.
The poor farmer informed the landlord about the progress. The Landlord came to examine the crop and found 2-3 trees which didn’t bear fruit and gave 4 acres of barren land to the poor farmer. Being poor, the farmer went to his home with a sad face.
The farmer son who is studying in a city came to know about the incident. So he, along with two of his friends came to the village in new attire. The farmer son acted as a monk by keeping a long beard and his two friends acted as disciples to him. Two friends went to each and every house and told about the monk. So the villagers starting to visit the monk. As the monk knew the names and problems of the villagers, he started telling their names and problems.
One day, the monk told that there is a huge storage of gold mine in the village. By hearing this, the landlord visited the monk and enquired about the details of the gold mine. After repeated requests, at last, the monk took him to the farmer’s 4 acres land and told him that the gold mine is hidden in this area. The monk told that he is leaving tonight and told to build a big temple with some money which he gets from the gold mine.
Next day, the greedy landlord went to the farmer and told him to return back the land and take the 4 acres of mango crop land. But farmer didn’t return it. After negotiations, the landlord offered 10 acres of mango crop land for which the farmer was not satisfied. At last, the landlord gave away 40 acres of land and took those 4 acres of barren land. Before leaving, he farmer brought the bond papers and asked the landlord to sign the papers which are the proof for 40 acres of mango crop land.
From next day, the landlord appointed men and started work but found nothing. By this, the farmer son taught a lesson to a greedy landlord.
