Raj was born to a poor family where his father works in a
welding shop and his mother is a homemaker. His father worked 12 hours a day to
give good education to Raj. But Raj was an average student and his goal to
become a doctor was shattered. He joined in Bachelor’s degree and later joined
in a small software company. His father didn’t depend on Raj’s salary but
continued to work for his family needs.
Raj got married and took a separate house near to the office. In
few years, he got selected to MNC and started earning more. He spent all his
money on luxuries, forgetting his parent’s situation. One day his father met
with an accident and mother came to raj to ask for help. But Raj scolded and
sent her.
After a week, while Raj was on official tour, he saw a small boy
selling toys. He asked him about his education and work. The small boy said
that his father was ill and his mother works as a servant. Due to the shortage
of money, he started helping his mother by selling the toys.
By hearing this, Raj came to know his mistake and went back to
his hometown. He straight away went to the hospital but his father was no more.
We often see people like Raj in our society. Let’s encourage
them to take care of their parents when they get older.
